What types of franchises are available?
Individual, Multi-Unit and Area Representative.

Do I need restaurant experience?
While restaurant experience may be helpful, Saladworks seeks franchisees with a business management background and people skills.

What type of training do I get?
Saladworks provides an initial 5 week training program for you and your manager including all aspects of running a Saladworks restaurant. We’ll train you in the operation of your business including:

• Food Preparation
• “Back of the House” Management
• “Front of the House” Management
• Food Service Safety
• Financial Management
• Marketing and Advertising
